Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

vinessence.es only delivers orders in Peninsular Spain and Portugal. For other countries, please consult the information. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days from the date the order is received.

Orders will be shipped directly from vinessence.es through their logistics operators.

The shipping cost to Peninsular Spain and Portugal is €5.95 (VAT included), for ALL ORDERS, WHATEVER YOU ORDER, with delivery within 48/72 working hours. For other countries, please consult for pricing.

If you reside in Alicante or Murcia, you have the option for shop pickup at our shops in Orihuela Costa and Balsicas. Some items are available only for shop pickup. Please check the conditions in the product details.

If there is no responsible person to receive the package at the specified delivery address, a notice will be left with a phone number you should call to confirm when the merchandise can be delivered. The transport agency will hold your package in their warehouses for approximately 15 days before proceeding with its return to our facilities.

As soon as we receive your notification, we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.

 

Returns

If you find any defective product in your received order, please contact us at eshop@vinessence.es or call +34 623476736.

At the time of delivery of your package, you must:

1. Check that your package has the security seal from vinessence.es without being tampered with. If the security seal has been tampered with or the package has a different seal than mentioned, you should refuse it.

2. Check the conformity of the goods received at the time of delivery.

3. Note any anomalies on the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature.

4. Transport providers do not allow the return of merchandise if the customer opens it in their presence, but you can check the box from the outside, and if you notice that the box is damp or wet, do not accept the order. Our partner will notify us of the incident, and we will automatically send a new shipment at no cost to you.

 

You can return the merchandise as long as you communicate your intention within one week after receiving the order and as long as you keep the packaging in optimal condition. To do this, you must contact us at eshop@vinessence.es, call +34 623476736, or you can also use our contact section.

As long as the return is due to product defects, vinessence.es will cover the shipping costs incurred by the return. You can replace it or exchange it for other items.

If the reasons for the return are unrelated to vinessence.es, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product back in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The costs incurred for the return will NOT be covered by vinessence.es.
