To purchase alcoholic beverages, the user must be over 18 years old. Underage individuals are expressly prohibited from purchasing alcoholic beverages through these sales conditions.

Does the price include shipping costs?

We offer a flat rate of €7.50 for Peninsular Spain and Portugal.

For international shipping, please request information by filling out our contact form or through our contact channels.

If you prefer, you also have the option for shop pickup.

How long does delivery take?

Once you have made the payment for your order, we will proceed with shipping via transport within 2 to 3 working days from the date we receive it.

Vinessence.es assumes no responsibility for the consequences of possible shipping delays. Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment.

What guarantees do you offer?

Each order comes with a security seal from Vinessence. If the seal on your box is tampered with or not from Vinessence, please refuse the order without opening the box.

Product Guarantee: The guarantee only covers defects caused by manufacturing.
To benefit from the warranty on products, you need the purchase invoice.

No claims will be accepted past 24 hours after receiving the merchandise, except for those arising from manufacturing errors.
