Champagne Rochet Bocart

Champagne Rochet Bocart is a family champagne house founded in 1956 and now in its third generation of producers, combining tradition and modernity in every bottle. Mathilde Rochet, the current manager, keeps the essence of the winery alive, respecting its roots while incorporating innovations in production and marketing.

With vineyards in Premier Cru terroirs like Vaudemange and Verzy, their champagnes stand out for the aromatic complexity of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. They practice single vineyard vinification and have avoided malolactic fermentation since 2015, preserving the purity and freshness of their aromas.

Each bottle is aged between 6 and 10 years, resulting in a champagne of great elegance, with subtle notes and exceptional aromas, the result of the dedication and passion of a family committed to excellence.
